Payment Method
Optimizely.com supports a variety of payment methods for the items or services sold on the eCommerce website. These payment methods are configurable to business needs and include:

Purchase Order Payment Terms: This allows defining multiple payment terms codes and assigning these as defaults for customers. When a customer selects Purchase Order as their payment type on the Review and Pay page, the system automatically sets the terms code on the order to the customer's default and submits that to the ERP.

However, it does not support the use of custom payment gateways and does not store sensitive credit card or profile information.

Optimizely.com has a detailed process for handling returns and exchanges. Here's a brief overview:
- To view returns, go to the Order Management page, click Orders, select a Completed purchase order, and then click Return & Exchange.
- To process an order return and refund, select the order whose items are to be returned, open the Form Details tab, select the items to return, and click Create Return. A window will display, prompting to choose a Return Quantity, Return Reason, and optional text comment for each item. After clicking Create, a new page will display with the return information. If everything is correct, click Acknowledge Receipt Items and then click Complete Return. The Create Refund page will display. Verify that the refund amount is correct, select a payment method, and click OK.
- To cancel an order return, select the order whose returned items are to be cancelled, open the Return & Exchange tab, select the order whose return is to be cancelled, and click Cancel Return.
- An exchange order can be created if a customer wants to receive the same item or a different item as full or partial compensation for a return. If the amount of the exchanged items is less than the original order, the customer receives a refund using the original order's payment method. If the amount of the exchanged items is greater than the original order, the customer is charged the additional amount using the original order's payment method.

How To Open A Optimizely Account?
To open an account on Optimizely.com, follow these steps:
- Receive two emails from Optimizely: an activation email and a confirmation email.
- Open the activation email and click Activate user account.
- Enter the activation key provided in the second email, then click Continue.
- Complete the fields and click Continue.
- Create a password and a PIN and click Save.
- After completing the entries, receive another email asking to confirm the activation.
- Click Confirm activation.
- Now, log into Optimizely Campaign at www.campaign.episerver.net.
To log in:
- Go to www.campaign.episerver.net.
- Enter the username and password.
- Enter digits of the PIN in the open positions by clicking numbers on the onscreen keyboard.
- Click Log In.
If the password or PIN is forgotten:
